Trash valet adds a convenient collection step to a community’s waste routine. All Things New coordinates service details with property management, then collects residents’ properly prepared household trash and brings it to the property’s designated waste area.

On scheduled service nights, residents place securely tied household trash in the approved container or location, following the community’s instructions.

We collect and transport
Our team collects the prepared bags from the agreed doorstep locations and transports them to the property’s designated waste area.
Every community is different. The service schedule, approved containers, placement location and cutoff time, holiday arrangements, and bulk-item rules are confirmed with property management during setup.
